U.S.-China conflict has the potential to raise the largest risks to peace in our time. Whether over Taiwan, the Korean Peninsula, global trade, or other issues, INHR thinks it is important to bring U.S. and Chinese experts together to maintain dialogue. While much of that discussion is confidential, we are always willing to find new partners for peace.
As noted below, INHR works with PAX sapiens to encourage dialogue about combatting synthetic opioids like fentanyl. When the U.S. and China work together, they can take significant steps to control chemical precursors, encourage law enforcement cooperation and bring private sector and public health professionals to the fight.
The U.S. and China are two of the delegations in our dialogue to minimize the risk of AI weapons and combat existential threats from emerging technologies. Legal, technical, industry, military, academic and diplomatic experts from the U.S., China, Europe, India and elsewhere cooperate to address these threats.
INHR's CDD produced a resource guide to policy, law enforcement, private sector cooperation and public health approaches for combatting the supply and demand for fentanyl and other synthetic opioids. These recommendations from Chinese and U.S. experts chart a course to fight fentanyl. Download it below.
